All contributions will be initially reviewed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Papers considered suitable are then typically sent to at least two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper (Blind Review). The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. Firstly, paper was assigned to two reviewers.

• If paper is accepted from the two reviewers, paper will be accepted.
• If paper rejected from the two reviewers, paper will be rejected.
• If paper accept from one and rejected from the other, then the paper assigned to a third reviewer.
